As Gossip Girl narrates the so-called Fashion Week where the students of the Upper East Side gather for the annual fund raiser, Blair becomes angry with her mother when she gives Serena and her new socialite friend, Poppy Lifton, front row seats to the Eleanor Waldorf Fashion Show. Hurt and betrayed by both Serena and her mother, Blair decides to sabotage the show.
Meanwhile, Dan, also humiliated and shunned by Serena (who has fully returned to her former bad-girl self), starts hanging out with Chuck and his life of parties. Dan quickly learns that living the life of the dark side has its risks. Also, Lily learns a secret that her new husband, Bart Bass, has been keeping from her.

A test with a rat proves the tower snipers are very good, so Michael figures breaking out with Whistler within 24 hours has to be at 3 PM, during a distracting soccer game. Sucre accepts $5,000 from a limousine man to smuggle a package into Sona. Linc is to arrange transport outside, but gets turned away roughly by an army patrol at two miles with Marisol in her car, then tells her Sara has already been killed, he keeps it from Michael as L.J. is his ultimate priority.
New prisoner Andrew Tyge is robbed to his boxers at arrival, and warned off by Alexander Mahone after snooping around Michael and Whistler, who plan an electric signal disturbance device to distract the guard tower. Before they can make a move, a reflection from Michael’s televisor is spotted: the troops move in and find it in his cell, he admits it’s his; when the commander is about to shoot him, Whistler says it’s his for birdwatching, and proves it showing the ornithology book Linc couldn’t hold on to. House decides to take on a new patient named Tracy Dawson. Tracy was brought to the rushed to the hospital because of problems breathing. Along with problems breathing, she complains of a terrible pain in her stomach. The team comes to find out that Tracy and her husband, Jeremy, have just been robbed. House runs a stress test on her and meanwhile Jeremy becomes sick while in the waiting and room and everyone cannot help to think that the couple’s sicknesses are connected. Tracy has visions about a past experience with Jeremy’s father who did not want the two to be together so he tried to hurt Tracy. House thinks that he might be able to diagnose her if he did a biopsy on her brain stem, but the Jeremy will not let him because it is too risky. Wilson tries but talk Jeremy into allowing it to be done but Jeremy keeps refusing. Suddenly a new symptom appears which shocks everyone and will change the couples life completely.

A nun arrives at the clinic with what appears to be a skin rash caused by an allergy, and starts to go into anaphylactic shock in reaction to the medication Dr. House gives her. When he then gives her an injection of epinephrine, she goes into cardiac arrest, leading Dr. Cuddy to assume that House gave her an accidental overdose. Absolutely sure that he gave the patient the correct dosage, House begins a series of unorthodox treatments to uncover the truth, and also does a bit of snooping into the sister’s past.
